Nexus Analytics (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia)
Nexus Analytics is a regional distributor of scientific instrumentation with a strong focus on application-driven solutions. Their portfolio includes advanced analytical tools used in semiconductors, material science, chemicals, environmental testing, protein research, and quality control labs.
Since being acquired by the Melchers Group in 2017, Nexus Analytics has expanded its presence across ASEAN. Melchers supports the group with infrastructure, after-sales service, and commercial development across multiple customer segments.
TMS – Team Medical & Scientific (Malaysia)
TMS, a member of the Nexus Group, is a dedicated sales and after-sales organization offering scientific and technical solutions in laboratory settings. Their portfolio covers critical areas such as safety & containment, food/feed quality, agri-environmental research, and life science applications. TMS serves a wide customer base across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
Tritech Scientific (Singapore)
Tritech Scientific has been a trusted laboratory equipment and consumables distributor in Singapore since 1999. The company supplies a broad range of instruments used in educational, clinical, and industrial laboratories, including reagents, labware, and testing systems.
Oil & Gas / CNG Technologies
The Melchers Oil & Gas department focuses on engineered solutions for offshore, marine, energy, and infrastructure applications. Our customers rely on us to supply robust components and ensure lifecycle support for their installations. We provide application consulting, product training, and reliable after-sales service, including spare parts.
Melchers also developed Singapore’s early CNG infrastructure by supporting vehicle conversions to dual/bi-fuel systems, designing and installing CNG filling stations, and managing the transport of compressed natural gas in bulk.

Probat Services South East Asia Pte Ltd is a JV between Melchers and PROBAT SE as for the after sales services and maintenance and one-stop supplier for the food processing sector in ASEAN – employing service technicians in most countries.
WashTec – Automated Vehicle Washing Systems
WashTec is the global leader in vehicle washing systems with more than 2 million vehicles washed daily using their technologies. Based in Germany, the company manufactures gantry car wash systems, conveyor tunnel systems, commercial vehicle washing stations, and water recovery units.
Melchers is the official partner for WashTec in Southeast Asia, providing start to finish solutions of site selection, site preparation, import, machine sales, spare parts, chemicals, and maintenance services to car wash operators and fleet managers.
Melchers Aviation Technical Services Pte Ltd (MATS)
MATS provides technical tools and equipment to aviation maintenance and repair organizations (MROs), airlines, and ground handling units across Asia. It was founded in 1974 and joined the Melchers Group in 2004, strengthening our aviation footprint in Singapore, China, Hong Kong, and the Philippines.
Today, MATS is member of the Melchers regional Aviation network, managed by our sister company in Thailand. We supply advanced composite repair systems, airframe tools, and calibrated test equipment with full support. Melchers Project Management (MPM)
MPM supports large-scale visitor attractions with design, supply, and implementation of equipment and infrastructure. We work with amusement parks, water parks, and indoor entertainment centres and have completed turnkey projects in Singapore, Malaysia, and Sri Lanka.

Sky Tower Pte Ltd.
Sky Tower Pte Ltd was created by Melchers Project Management to develop the Sentosa Sky Tower (set up as Carlsberg Sky Tower but today known as Tiger Sky Tower), one of Singapore’s most iconic panoramic attractions from 2004 to 2019. Although the lease ended, the base continues to serve as the platform for Sentosa’s updated viewing deck, based on the same concept.

With decades of experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Melchers offers a full portfolio of instruments for ultrasonic, eddy current, radiographic, and material testing. We serve industries ranging from aerospace and shipbuilding to civil engineering and academia.
We provide sales, pre-sales consultation, calibration, post-sales training, and replacement part sourcing.

VPA Asia, a part of the Melchers Group, specializes in the distribution and project supply of industrial piping components including valves, flanges, fittings, and pressure vessel parts. Based in Singapore and Malaysia, the company serves key customers in oil & gas, shipbuilding, FPSO, petrochemical, and infrastructure.
VPA has executed multiple large-scale EPC and shipyard contracts, offering competitive sourcing from certified European and Asian manufacturers. We offer strong supply chain integration and delivery capabilities.
Cellumation – Conveyor Technology
cellumation, a German innovative logistics scale-up backed by Melchers, developed the patented Celluveyor – a modular, intelligent conveyor based on robotic hexagonal cells. The system enables highly dynamic sorting, aligning, and palletizing with flexible layout configurations.
Melchers Singapore supports cellumation’s rollout in Asia through technical representation, logistics support, and customer implementation consulting.
Koehler Pharmaceuticals Asia Pte Ltd
A joint venture between Melchers and Dr. Franz Köhler Chemie GmbH, Koehler Pharmaceuticals Asia distributes highly specialized medical products across Asia. Its focus lies on organ-protective agents, x-ray contrast media, therapeutics, and antidotes.
A leading product is CUSTODIOL®, a cardioplegic and organ preservation solution used globally in cardiac surgery and transplant medicine. From its Singapore office, the company serves the regional dealer network and provides clinical support.
Plover – Smart Travel & Expense Technology
Plover is a Singapore-based travel-tech company offering a digital platform that integrates corporate travel booking, trip cost management, hybrid workspace tools, and financial system integration. Their solutions streamline business travel, automate expense claims, and deliver real-time analytics for smarter decision-making.
