TIMEPIECES
NORQAIN Asia Pte Ltd
In Southeast Asia, NORQAIN is exclusively distributed by Norqain Asia Pte Ltd, a JV company operated by Melchers. This family-owned and independent Swiss watch brand is based in Biel/Bienne, the epicentre of Swiss watchmaking, and was founded by CEO Ben Küffer in 2018. Every NORQAIN timepiece is crafted from the highest-quality materials and offers water resistance of at least 100 meters. The iconic “NORQAIN Plate” on the side of each watch allows for personalisation—engraved with a meaningful place, date, or motto.
NORQAIN has quickly earned the recognition of the Swiss watch industry and global collectors alike through its commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and detail. Melchers is proud to operate the first NORQAIN boutique outside Switzerland, located in Wisma Atria, Singapore and to have set up the wholesale network in ASEAN and Greater China.
RAYMOND WEIL
Melchers Group represents Raymond Weil—a Geneva-based, family-owned Swiss watchmaker with a strong historical presence in Southeast Asia. Founded in 1976, Raymond Weil has established itself as one of the few remaining independent watch manufacturers still operated by its founding family. Known for its elegant yet accessible timepieces, the brand is widely recognised throughout the region.
In 2023, Raymond Weil’s Millesime Automatic Small Seconds was awarded the prestigious “Challenge Watch Prize” at the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG), reaffirming its global reputation for design excellence and horological integrity.
BREITLING
From 1988 to 2018, Melchers Group proudly served as the exclusive representative for Breitling in Southeast Asia and Greater China; we then operated all of the monobrand boutiques and had set up over 150 point of sales. After the sale of the Breitling company by the Schneider family, we remain a trusted Service Partner for Breitling SA across Asia.
Melchers established dedicated Breitling entities—Breitling South East Asia Pte Ltd, Breitling China Ltd, Breitling Shanghai Ltd, and Breitling Taiwan Branch—which continue to manage Breitling’s service centers, wholesale networks, and boutique operations. These entities are now fully owned by Breitling.
Breitling is one of the large remaining independent Swiss watch brands. Renowned for its technical watches, the company has been a pioneer in developing wrist chronographs. It is among the rare manufacturers to produce chronometer-certified movements entirely in-house, making it a global reference in precision timekeeping and high-performance instruments.
PATEK PHILIPPE
Melchers operates the only two Patek Philippe flagship boutiques and service centres in China (Shanghai and Beijing) in a JV partnership (Patek Philippe Asian Distribution Pte Ltd).
Melchers Group was the exclusive representative for Patek Philippe in Southeast Asia under Geneva Master Time, a company today wholly owned by Patek Philippe.

BREMONT
Melchers Group is the exclusive representative and joint venture partner for BREMONT in Greater China and Southeast Asia. In 2021, we inaugurated Bremont’s first monobrand boutique in Shanghai. In Singapore, the brand is represented via our trusted retail partners.
Bremont is a British luxury watchmaker that has taken on the ambitious mission of reviving Great Britain’s watchmaking heritage. With exquisite mechanical timepieces crafted on British soil, Bremont combines technical excellence with adventurous design, meticulous detail, and a relentless commitment to customer satisfaction. Their original mission still holds true today: to engineer mechanical timepieces that honor Britain’s illustrious horological legacy.
PIANOS & MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS
STEINWAY & SONS
Melchers Group proudly represents Steinway & Sons in Singapore and the Philippines. In Singapore, the Steinway Gallery at ION Orchard showcases a curated selection of grand and upright pianos, including the revolutionary Steinway SPIRIO, a high-resolution self-playing piano, and pieces from the Steinway Crown Jewel Collection. The Boston and Essex piano lines, also designed by Steinway, complete the offering.
In the Philippines we closely cooperate with our trusted partner, the Lucerne Luxury Group run by the Yao family. The Steinway Gallery at Shangri-La EDSA in Manila follows a similar concept, including a full-sized performance stage for up to 80 guests, regularly used for recitals. A professional rehearsal studio with two Steinway grands supports students and artists. This is a professional Production studio allowing interested people and professionals to share their craft and record it in a designed space for various means of media.
PIANOLAND (Melchers Music Pte Ltd)
Pianoland is a premium, multi-brand keyboard instrument retail concept owned by Melchers Group. The boutique focuses on delivering high-quality yet accessible acoustic and digital pianos for contemporary homes. The selection includes Steinway-Designed Boston & Essex upright and grand pianos, alongside Dexibell—handcrafted digital pianos from Italy known for their extraordinary sound quality and innovation.
Pianoland operates on an ‘online-to-offline’ concept, and our flagship boutiques at Millenia Walk (Central) and Westgate Mall (West), Singapore, offer an immersive retail experience. As a regional franchise brand, Pianoland is seeking to expanding throughout ASEAN and is open to franchise partnerships.

The Melchers Group has a longstanding 40years’ experience in the watch and jewelry industry in Greater China and in Southeast Asia. Representation of renowned brand partners from Switzerland and mainly European countries in Asia Tailored and brand-oriented market approach. As a trusted partner, brands authorize us to handle their sensitive data, spare parts and high-end watch collecting clients. Both brands with physical and without presence at all in China but selling to Chinese watch buyers rely on our services.
